Meet the team

Wilma de Groot

Wilma has been with Robeco her entire career, joining the firm straight out of university in the late 1990s. She has never lost her enthusiasm for exploring markets and trying to understand them through research. She aims to keep looking for ways to generate returns for investors.

Weili Zhou

Weili joined Robeco in 2006, inspired by the firm’s entrepreneurial culture and how it allowed team members to explore their investment curiosity. She is very proud of the value added to clients through the systematic models and algorithms Robeco uses to generate performance.

David Blitz

With the entrepreneurial spirit that comes from being part of a family of small business owners, David has been instrumental in building Robeco’s systematic investing business. He joined the firm straight out of university and finds investing both intellectually challenging and humbling.

Since joining Robeco in 2015, Jan has revelled in the firm’s culture of encouraging people to take controlled risks and challenge the status quo. He has been in the investment industry for more than two decades and takes the responsibility of helping investors to have a better life very seriously.
